ABOUTOur individual, true expression is necessary for creating the authentic work, lives, careers, and relationships we really want and that truly fulfill us.
This space exists to shine a light on the social cultural and systemic constructs, patterns, defaults, and now normalized standards that keep us becoming and expressing who we really are.
Many of the ideas outlined here begin through first-hand personal observation, then by examining what has become collectively normalized or invisible and how it now quietly affects the way we think, the way we move, and how (and what) we create.
Not as critique for its own sake, but as a way of restoring clarity.
Not to dwell on what’s broken but to understand what needs to shift for a more creatively free life and collective culture.
Illumination offers choice,
and choice offers freedom.
