about my work
multiple lines of inquiry, one lens:reclaiming how we think, create, move, and live with clarity, authorship, and integrity in the next creative era
My curiosity, exploration, and creative work move across multiple lines of inquiry, following ideas wherever they lead, regardless of format.
MY LENSphoto by TutesObservations and experiences become open lines of questioning across culture, creativity, craft, process, and how we orient ourselves in the world.
Each thread is part thinking space, part research space, part mirror, part map.
While each has its own focus, ideas often overlap or move between them as connections and overlaps emerge over time.
What comes through following them takes different forms — sometimes as writing, sometimes as more structured ideas or theories, other times as visual exploration, collected references, ongoing studies, or conversations and collaborative work.
the main question
How do we reclaim our creativity and wield it to consciously create the work, lives, and world we actually want?
We live in an era of history where there’s never been more possibility, access, and availability of resources.
And yet, we’re more restrained than ever — mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and most of all - - -
creatively.
. . .
Why is that?
My work is an ongoing exploration of that tension and the belief that answering it unlocks new creative futures,
both individually and collectively.
It moves between observation, interpretation, and creation — following ideas as they take shape across different forms.
This happens across multiple running threads

perception & interpretationHow does the way we perceive and interpret the world around us shape and determine identity, relationships, creative expression, and the ways we participate in and build the world around us?on : creativefutures
the culture of creativity & cultural systemsHow does the modern culture of creativity and the forces shaping the future of creative work — from personal defaults to the cultural standards that have shaped them – impact how we create, what gets made, and how it’s valued? What needs to change for us to create from a place of truth rather than conditioning?on : journeying
movement as expansion, not escapeHow can conscious movement through the world expand us personally and creatively? What can new places and people teach us when we slow down enough to listen?on : materials
the physical world & our relationship to itWhat changes when we understand the ingredients that sustain life and enable craft? How do we reconnect to the natural world, to materials, and to the people who shape them?
